Florida’s licensed medical marijuana dispensaries serve qualified patients through the state medical program. They offer medical marijuana, including CBD-rich, low-THC cannabis. Those purchases require an active Medical Marijuana Use Registry identification card and a physician’s order.
Florida law requires buyers to be 21 or older for hemp extract products intended for ingestion or inhalation. That restriction does not apply to every CBD product category.
