Our Commitment
We stand behind every product we make. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before contacting us.

Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. To initiate a return, contact us at support@bannerharvest.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you have opened a product and are unsatisfied, we will issue store credit only. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase on bannerharvest.com. To request store credit for an opened product, contact us at support@bannerharvest.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of your experience.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bannerharvest.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at your preference.

Subscribe and Save Orders
Refund and return terms apply equally to Subscribe and Save orders. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us before your next scheduled shipment. We cannot issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: digital products, gift cards, and any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
