Where We Ship
Banner Harvest ships to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day. Processing can take up to 3 business days depending on order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically arrives within 7 business days of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Expedited Shipping
We offer a flat rate expedited shipping option at checkout that covers 2 day delivery. Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day to ship same day. Expedited shipping is not available for all products or all destinations.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more before taxes. This threshold applies to the subtotal after any discounts are applied.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Hot Weather and Warm Climate Orders
Our gummies and cream products contain no fillers, binders, or artificial stabilizers, which means they can soften or melt in transit during summer months or when shipped to warm climates. This does not affect product quality or effectiveness. If a product arrives softened, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for 30 to 60 minutes to restore its form. Banner Harvest LLC is not responsible for heat related changes that occur after a package has left our facility.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Banner Harvest is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. If your package is lost in transit and never marked delivered, please contact us at support@bannerharvest.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Banner Harvest is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

State Shipping Restrictions

State laws governing hemp, CBD, and Delta 8 THC products vary across the country and change frequently. Banner Harvest LLC maintains an active checkout restriction system that prevents shipment of restricted products to states where they are currently prohibited. If a product in your cart cannot legally ship to your state, you will be notified at checkout and asked to remove the restricted item before completing your order. Non-restricted items in the same cart are not affected.

As of June 2026, the following restrictions apply: Tennessee residents may purchase Apothecary supplement products only. Idaho and New Hampshire residents may purchase isolate CBD products and Apothecary supplements only. Delta 8 THC products cannot ship to Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, or Utah.
