The short course

The plant
It begins with hemp, a plant you can understand.
CBD is one of the many natural compounds in the hemp plant. Hemp-derived CBD contains no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC, and CBD itself doesn’t make you feel high. In Florida, you don’t need a medical card to buy it.
The field
Then someone has to plant it.
In 2019, after the 2018 Farm Bill, Paul and Yolanda moved to Banner, Illinois, and hand-planted about 15,000 seedlings with family. The company is named for that first field. We still think of everything we make as starting there.
The barn
Full spectrum or isolate? The one real choice.
Full spectrum keeps the hemp plant’s wider range of compounds, including trace THC within the legal limit. Isolate is CBD alone, with no THC. Most people start with full spectrum.
Drug tested at work? Full spectrum can show up on a test. Choose isolate, and ask us if you’re not sure.

Today we make our oils, gummies and topicals in-house in Leesburg. Every product page has a Lab Results tab with an independent lab’s certificate of analysis: potency, plus screening for heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, mycotoxins and microbes.
The table

It started with 15,000 seedlings and a family.
Paul and Yolanda ImOberstag, husband and wife, run Banner Harvest as a small team. Our farming roots are in Illinois; today we’re based in Leesburg, Florida, serving The Villages and Central Florida.
Our name is on every bottle because accountability still matters to us.

- Years of cannabis cultivation, including Colorado, where he worked up to Director of Cultivation at a select grow for Willie’s Reserve (Willie Nelson’s cannabis brand). Today he guides formulation, product standards and education.

- More than fifteen years of one-on-one guidance with people exploring natural wellness. Her work includes wellness education, AO Scan and Theraphi sessions.
- Together
- After the 2018 Farm Bill they moved to Banner, Illinois, and started planting. Today, the products are made in-house in Leesburg, Florida.
