The Neuro Cream is our signature topical. It is fomulated 1,500mg of Full Spectrum PCR Rich Hemp Extract in 2 oz. Banner Harvest’s highest-potency topical, and it does not lead with CBD.
Methylsulfonylmethane, known as MSM, is a naturally occurring organic sulfur compound found throughout human connective tissue. It is traditionally recognized for its role in supporting joint comfort, flexibility, and the structural integrity of cartilage. Magnesium supports over 300 enzymatic processes in the body, including muscle function, nerve signaling, and the nervous system’s natural stress response. Together they form the functional core of this formula, two compounds working at the tissue level before the botanical base even enters the picture.
The botanical base is not an afterthought. Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, and Shea Butter create a rich, absorbable cream texture that carries the active compounds into the skin without sitting on the surface. Jojoba, Sweet Almond, and Avocado Oils contribute Omega fatty acids that support the skin’s moisture barrier and aid penetration. Honey acts as a natural humectant, drawing moisture to the area and keeping the formula in contact with the skin longer. Arnica brings its centuries of traditional use for physical stress and post-exertion recovery. Peppermint and Eucalyptus Essential Oils deliver the cooling confirmation that the formula has reached its target.
PCR stands for Phytocannabinoid-Rich. It means the hemp extract in this formula carries the full spectrum of naturally occurring plant compounds, not isolated CBD alone, working together the way the plant intended.
