Qualifying products must be taken orally, sourced from a legally compliant hemp farm, third-party lab tested, and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC with no more than 3mg total THC per serving.
CBD oils and tinctures qualify when taken sublingually or mixed into food. CBD gummies qualify as long as they meet the THC limits per serving. CBD capsules qualify. Topical products – creams, balms, and patches – do not qualify under this program because they are not orally administered. Smokable or inhalable products are excluded entirely. All Banner Harvest CBD oils and capsules carry a full-panel COA from an independent third-party laboratory confirming potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials, the same rigorous testing standard the Medicare pilot program requires of participating organizations, though Banner Harvest is not itself a participating supplier in that federal program.
